As part of an initiative toward creating international and regional artistic collaboration and community, Dhamma Theatre West has undertaken the collaborative formation and creation of two new international art centers. Through a gradual evolution and deepening relationship with each community where the centers are located, we hope to light a beacon of welcome and sanctuary for artists and audiences seeking to engage the creative freedom of their imaginations.

The eventual goal in the construction of each center is to exist in communion with the natural environment, and to develop an art community that is taking part in sustaining local natural resources, interacting with ease and graciously participating in and supporting local mythology and culture.
